The final PMP checklist will outline repair costs for equipment on site and outline the current condition to prevent foreseeable downtime or risks to employee safety.

The PMP Process
Each preventive maintenance inspection includes an onsite inspection and minor level maintenance at no cost to prevent minor issues before they escalate.
Each preventative maintenance inspection includes:
- Free Dock and Door Survey
- Full evaluation of equipment including a documented schematic of equipment
- Complete preventative maintenance report that complies with the Ontario’s Health and Safety’s Act
- Onsite cleaning, adjusting and lubricating on minor issues
- Complimentary followup with a Northern Dock Systems professional (upon request)
Ontario Health and Safety Act
The OHSA mandates that every lifting device in a facility be inspected & provided with a written record of inspection as recommended by the manufacturer, and in any case at least once a year. Loading Docks should be no exception (OHSA, Regulation 851 – Industrial Establishments – Section: 51 – 1b).
Complimentary Followup Visit
After the first survey is conducted, we will re-visit you with a Preventative Maintenance Plan. The type and frequency of the plan is based on our findings during the survey.
All equipment with moving parts needs to properly maintained & serviced to ensure peak performance. This will result in a direct correlation of reduced costs on capital expenditures & a reduction in downtime
