Now you can correctly light up the back of an eight foot high, 53′ long trailer. We reviewed the LED Versa light after 4 years of continuous heavy use.
THE CHALLENGE
To properly illuminate the interior space of transport and delivery trucks. Due to high volume and traffic – the product needs to be able to take abuse in their manufacturing facilities as well as their satellite locations.
OUR SOLUTION
The perfect solution for this fast paced facility was to install LED Versa Lights. These heavy duty trailer lights are able to fully illuminate the trailers interior to improve safety during loading and unloading.
Running throughout the day, the LED Versa lights also offer significant energy savings compared to their existing incandescent bulbs, fixtures and other competitor LED fixtures.
This product is able to take the abuse at this high paced facility that would have damaged the previous fixtures.
CONCLUSION
This food manufacturing facility had been struggling with three different issues when it came to lighting up their 53′ standard highway trucks and their delivery trucks. Because the design of the bulb is made to work exactly in a 8′ x 53′ trailer, the light is perfect to illuminate the entire trailer interior.
The electricity used to operate these lights provided this food manufacturer with savings upwards of $10,000 throughout their Ontario and Quebec locations.
For longevity, the main issue they no longer have is abuse. In four years they have only had 2 lights that were damaged due to forklifts, product and door abuse.
