Northern Dock Systems (NDS) was brought in to design a solution tailored to the plant’s needs. After a thorough assessment, NDS recommended three brand-new Blue Giant in-plant lift tables, engineered for both performance and reliability.

Key Features of the New In-Plant Lift Tables

Pneumatic Retractable Ball Transfer Decks: Each of the three lift tables features a 36” x 72” ball transfer surface, allowing operators to move heavy loads with minimal effort and maximum control.
Custom Swing Arms for Ergonomics: One table is equipped with two swing arms, providing flexible access and reducing operator strain during complex tasks.
Heavy-Duty Construction: Built with robust steel legs, lifetime-lubricated bearings, and safety-hinged maintenance blocks for long-term durability and safety.
Ground-Mounted Stability: The tables are securely installed for safe, reliable operation in a busy plant environment.
