Energy Savings and Efficiency Upgrade for Pacific Candy

Northern Dock Systems partnered with Pacific Candy Wholesale (the tenant), Baron Group Holdings (the landlord) and their local utility company to upgrade the food facility’s dock seals.

The project involved removing four worn dock seals and installing four new Blue Giant Head Curtain Dock Seals (BG200) to improve performance and energy efficiency. By working with their local utility, Northern Dock Systems was able to cover 97% of the project costs with a one-time energy rebate.
