This honour was presented following a two‑day Home Depot vendor event attended by 20+ key partners, where NDS was one of just five vendors recognized.

- On‑Time Arrival: Attending within 4 hours for emergency calls and 24 hours for regular service.

- Work Order Count: The overall volume of work orders received and managed by the vendor.
- Average Days to Resolve: The time from store service request to completion, reflecting speed and reliability.
