For Hotel Arts, a prominent boutique hotel in downtown Calgary, an aging and worn entrance no longer reflected the modern, upscale experience the property is known for. Creating a Brighter, More Inviting Entrance

After evaluating the existing entrance, our team recommended replacing the dated sliding doors with modern all-glass automatic sliding doors. We also removed the existing exterior transom and installed full-height 9-foot glass doors, creating a more open and visually striking entrance. The result was a brighter, more welcoming space that allows natural light to flow into the lobby while enhancing the building’s curb appeal.

The new entrance modernized the hotel’s appearance, improved visibility into the lobby, and delivered the sophisticated aesthetic the property was looking to achieve.

With the Calgary Stampede season approaching, timing was critical. The project had to be completed before one of the city’s busiest tourism periods began. Our installation team worked efficiently to remove the existing doors, install the new all-glass systems, complete wiring and safety sensor integration, and ensure everything was fully operational before the deadline.
