Protect Pedestrians from Toppling Goods & Forklifts
The Topple Barrier is a modular safety solution designed to protect pedestrians from the risk of falling bulk goods in storage environments. Ideal for both high and low-level storage areas, it is tested to the bsi PAS 13 global benchmark for workplace safety barriers.
Heavy Duty Topple Barrier Model
It can withstand up to 20,500 Joules of impact energy, making it suitable for use with heavy-duty forklifts, tow tractors, and high-reach trucks.

Impact Recovery Composition
The barrier is constructed from MEMAPLEX™, a revolutionary 3-layered polymer that includes:
- Inner strengthening core
- Central impact absorption zone
- Outer UV-stabilized colour layer.
This material provides exceptional strength and flexibility.
It’s built-in memory allows the barrier to flex, cushion, and reform after impact, significantly reducing the need for repairs or replacements.

- MEMAPLEX™ rail only: Flexes to absorb impact, initiating the rail pin to slide forward and transfer load energy to the compression pocket.
Heavy Duty Topple Barrier
- Memaplex™ rail: Flexes to absorb impact, initiating the rail pin to slide forward and transfer load energy to the compression pocket.
- Compression of the pocket: Continues to disperse energy as the coupling rotates around the post pin to activate further
absorption. - Coupling twists: Engaging the post pin and instigating torsion of the post to dispel remaining forces at peak energy.
Modular Design
The modular design enables easy customization and in-situ replacement of rails and posts without requiring the dismantling of adjacent sections.

Corrosion and Chemical Resistance
It is chemical and corrosion-resistant, ensuring long-term durability with no repainting, rusting, or flaking.
The zinc nickel electrophoretic coating on base plates provides advanced protection against corrosion for low maintenance.

The surface is food-safe, wipe-clean, and water-resistant, making it suitable for hygienic environments.
