The Topple Barrier is a modular safety solution designed to protect pedestrians from the risk of falling bulk goods in storage environments. Ideal for both high and low-level storage areas, it is tested to the bsi PAS 13 global benchmark for workplace safety barriers.

Heavy Duty Topple Barrier Model

It can withstand up to 20,500 Joules of impact energy, making it suitable for use with heavy-duty forklifts, tow tractors, and high-reach trucks.

Impact Recovery Composition

The barrier is constructed from MEMAPLEX™, a revolutionary 3-layered polymer that includes:

  • Inner strengthening core
  • Central impact absorption zone
  • Outer UV-stabilized colour layer.

This material provides exceptional strength and flexibility.

It’s built-in memory allows the barrier to flex, cushion, and reform after impact, significantly reducing the need for repairs or replacements.
