The sleek and low-profile headers reduces the clearance needed to install the door to just 13 inches. As a result, it’s easy to install this door just about anywhere.
Reliable & Durable
Easy Install & Low Maintenance
These reliable doors do not have any hinges, cables, pulleys or tension springs. Consequently, this reduces the number of moving parts that could break down and decreases your maintenance costs.
Both models come with an industrial drive system with opening speeds of up to 30″ per second. In addition, the drive system also has a soft start and soft stop frequency inverter drive to increase safety and reduce wear. As a result, these doors can be used in any high cycle application without fear of it breaking down.
Suitable for Any Climate or Environment
These rubber doors are made with a 1/4″ SBR rubber with polyester core weave. This material will remain functional in temperatures -40ºF to +180ºF (-40ºC to 82ºC). Similarly, it can withstand high winds and high-pressure differentials. Making it suitable for just about any climate or environment.
Strong Enough to Withstand Impacts
The patented NEWGEN Guide and Curtain Lok System includes a self-supporting aluminum frame and knock-away aluminum bottom bar with rubber loop. Firstly, this system is strong enough to withstand impacts from moving lift trucks and/or heavy equipment. Secondly, if the impact was strong enough, the knock away bottom bar can easily be reset after the impact to get your facility back up and running in minutes.
Furthermore, these doors have a reversing edge and thru-beam photoelectric sensors that help prevent accidental impacts when the door is closing to keep people and vehicles safe.
