A food manufacturing plant in Rocky View, had attempted to adjust the level of its overhead door by themselves by manipulating the bottom fixtures. Unfortunately, this caused the cables to come loose, and the springs lost all their tension. The springs spun off with a lot of force and came completely off their mounts.
